We will do this by providing education employers with access to a broad range of government funding options, including apprenticeships to support workforce development across new entrants, upskilling and retaining existing personnel for succession planning.

To gain and maintain accreditation, Campus Training is rigorously quality audited and must continuously meet high standards of delivery, quality, and staff development.

Key Staff

Jo Bridger

Managing Director

As Managing Director of Campus Training Jo brings vast industry experience and astute commercial knowledge to the forum.

She is responsible for key contracts, partnerships and developing funding streams which give the business the balance and strategy for long term success.

John Hammond

Head of Employer Engagement

John liaises regularly with learners and employers to ensure we continue to deliver the highest levels of service.

He is an experienced trainer, assessor and internal quality assurer, delivering the Team Leader/Supervisor standard as well as functional skills to those on apprenticeship programmes.

Louise Edwards

Subject Lead – Teaching Assistant – Designated Safeguarding Lead

Louise is an experienced trainer, assessor and internal quality assurer across both Teaching Assistant and Early Years. Louise brings years of experience from working with children of all ages and has specialised in working with pupils with additional needs. Louise supports learners to successful completions of their learning programmes across a range of funding streams including Apprenticeships.

Davina Poole

Subject Lead – Early Years – Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

Davina is an experienced trainer, assessor and internal quality assurer for all stages of Childcare both with workplace learners and apprentices. She specialises in the Level 3 Standard for the Early Years Educator. Davina has also taught English functional skills as well as Maths for her apprentices.

Ashli Green

Functional Skills

Ashli is a qualified teacher of children and young people with additional needs. She provides support and specialist tutoring for learners undertaking Functional Skills Maths and English qualifications alongside their apprenticeships.
